The caucus is coming February 4th!
On Saturday, February 4th, the Nevada Republican Party will hold its caucus state wide to chose our party leadership and to vote for our preferred candidates for President of the United States. Our votes will help shape the Presidential race nationally – we’re fifth in the nation and the First in the West to choose our party’s nominee!
A “Caucus” is a precinct meeting for party members, not a regular election like a primary. It’s a chance to meet your Republican neighbors, get new people involved, and choose our party’s leadership from the county party headquarters all the way to the White House.
The caucuses will be held in various schools throughout Washoe County. We’re finalizing these locations now, so check back often for your caucus location. Remember – your caucus location will very likely be different from your regular polling place!
