How They Voted

* The House passed a bill on Tuesday that would extend Social Security tax cuts, extend unemployment benefits and allow the construction of a “shovel-ready” Canada-to-Texas oil pipeline that would put thousands of Americans to work as well as reduce the nation’s dependence on foreign oil.  There’s also a provision in the bill that would require recipients of taxpayer-subsidized extended unemployment benefits to be drug-tested.

 Rep. Shelley Berkley, Nevada Democrat, voted against the bill.  Reps. Joe Heck and Mark Amodei, Nevada Republicans, voted for it.
